Setting up your stand and accessing Bella Center
The Danish Learning Festival takes place in Bella Center, Center Boulevard 5, 2300 Copenhagen S.

Accessing your stand
You can access Bella Center from Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 4 pm.
Delivery of materials to your stand
Information about where to deliver materials at Bella Center will be available later, as Bella Center is currently under reconstruction.
Carriers can deliver materials to your stand in the Bella Center from Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 8 am. Remember to type your stand number on the freight!
If you need to have materials delivered earlier, the Bella Center collaborates with the transport company DSV, which can receive shipping before the festival and deliver it directly to your stand. You can contact DSV on tel. +45 3247 3017 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can pick up the materials from the storage area at the bottom of area C2 when you arrive.
There is no lifter for pallets, truck, or similar available for use in Bella Center.
When you arrive
On Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 4 pm your stand will be ready with walls and shelves. Power is ready at 7 pm at the latest. Extra equipment such as tables and lockers can be expected to be ready on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 8 am.
When arriving to Bella Center you will be received by your stand host, who will give you important information and phone numbers. Do not hesitate to contact your stand host if you experience challenges. The stand host is of your assistance from Tuesday, March 3, 4 pm until Thursday, March 5, 5:30 pm.
Prebooked coffee vouchers and tickets to our networking events as well as lanyards can be collected at the Information stand for exhibitors, UDSTILLERINFO. Catering tickets can be collected in caféteria C2 (OrangUtan), which is open until 9 pm on Tuesday, March 3.
Leave your children at home
For safety reasons, children are not allowed in Bella Center on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
Empty goods may not be stored on the stand
Do not store empty goods such as packaging, pallets, cardboard boxes, transport boxes, etc. in the Bella Center due to fire danger. Empty goods must be stored outside the Bella Center or disposed of in the Bella Center containers. Waste containers can be found outside the Bella Center.
The Bella Center also collaborates with DSV, who can store empty goods during the festival for a fee. Contact DSV on tel. +45 3247 3017 or email@example.com.
Walkways and stands will be vacuumed and trash will be emptied on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Remember this while setting up
- Due to fire safety regulations and out of courtesy to the adjacent stands, your exhibition must be kept within your own exhibiton area.
- Pre booked coffee vouchers, tickets for our networking events and lanyards for your name tag can be collected in the Informationstand for exhibitors, UDSTILLERINFO-standen, located at stand 160.
- Catering is provided in caféteria C2 (OrangUtan), which is open until 9 pm on Tuesday, March 3.
You must be done by 9 pm
You must be done with setting up your stand by Tuesday, March 3, at 9 pm.
