Disassembling your stand
Your stand must remain open during the opening hours of the exhibition.
When the exhibition closes on Thursday March 5 at 4 pm, you must clear your stand from materials and trash.
In addition to the outdoor waste containers, there will also be containers in the hall once the exhibition has closed.
Collection of returned goods
You must yourself order a carrier for your returned goods. Remember to supply your stand number to the carrier!
Materials to be picked up by the carrier, must be put on the stand with the shipping letter filled out with the recipient's address. The materials must be picked up no later than Friday, March 6, 2020 at 4 pm.

December 20, 2019: Deadline for sending descriptions of presentations
January 6, 2020: For exhibitors building their own stand: Deadline for sending stand outline to Bigini
January 20, 2020: Deadline for booking (stand, advertisement)
January 20, 2020: Deadline for sending advertisements for printing
February 3, 2020: Deadline for ordering/changing orders for extra equipment from Bigini (orders placed after this date will have a 10% charge added)
February 21, 2020: Deadline for ordering catering from Bella Center
March 3, 2020: Access to Bella Center from 4pm to 9pm for setting up your stand
