Information on booking a presentation slot

To book a presentation slot, go to the booking module and choose time and room number.

Price: 2,280-4,290 DKKR. excl. VAT depending on the time of the presentation and the size of the room chosen.

You can book a maximum of three presentation slots per exhibitor.

A presentation lasts 45 minutes. There is no pre-registration for visitors to the presentations.
We encourage your presenters to be present at your stand immediately after their presentation.

Practical information

All presentation slots are equipped with projector, screen, sound (from the computer, not a microphone), computer, cabled internet, whiteboard, flipover as well as note pads and pens for the attendees. Please bring your own presenter/laser pointer if needed.

In case you need additional technical equipment, please contact Jens Røgen on jro@pha.dk.

Please bring your presentation on a USB key or upload it to the cloud. If you wish to use your own computer equipment, please contact Jens Røgen on jro@pha.dk before March 1, 2020.

Each presentation includes a DKLF employee and IT supporter who can help with practical problems.

What is your presentation about?

We announce presentations here on our website and in our catalogue, the FestivalGUIDE and therefore need a description of max. 270 characters incl. space, title and name of the coordinating exhibitor.

Please send descriptions of your presentation to Tine Longfors Lauritsen on tll@pha.dk on December 20, 2019, at the latest.

Invoice

After the Festival, you will receive an invoice from University College Copenhagen (Københavns Professionshøjskole) on behalf of the Danish Learning Festival for your stand, presentation slots, and any additional options that you have ordered via the booking system.  The invoice will be sent per e-mail.

Bigini will handle the invoice for additional stand equipment.

Bella Center will handle the invoice for catering.

December 1, 2019: Book extra equipment from Bigini

December 20, 2019: Deadline for sending descriptions of presentations

January 6, 2020: For exhibitors building their own stand: Deadline for sending stand outline to Bigini

January 20, 2020: Deadline for booking (stand, advertisement)

January 20, 2020: Deadline for sending advertisements for printing

February 3, 2020: Deadline for ordering/changing orders for extra equipment from Bigini (orders placed after this date will have a 10% charge added)

February 21, 2020: Deadline for ordering catering from Bella Center

March 3, 2020: Access to Bella Center from 4pm to 9pm for setting up your stand
