Information on booking a stand
Stand bookings for the Danish Learning Festival 2020 open on September 10, 2019 at 12 pm. Find the link here.
To book a stand, go to our booking module. Book a spot in the exhibition area reserved for international exhibitors, EdTech international, and choose the preferred size for your stand. Bookings must be done before January 20, 2020. Book your stand here.
Price: 1,870 DKKR per m2 excl. VAT. The price includes white walls, shelves, spot lights, wireless internet connection and electric plugs of 230V incl. 0,8kW. For more info click here

EdTech International - experience a world of learning
As an international exhibitor, you have the opportunity to exhibit in the area EdTech International (starting at stand 378) which is reserved for international exhibitors only. By gathering international exhibitors in one dedicated area, it becomes easier for the curious attendees to locate where they can meet and get inspiration from companies outside of Denmark, who offer alternative views and new solutions in the area of teaching, learning, education, technology and it.
In 2019 the concept was tested, with great feedback from the exhibitors.
After the Festival, you will receive an invoice from University College Copenhagen (Københavns Professionshøjskole) on behalf of the Danish Learning Festival for your stand, presentation slots, and any additional options that you have ordered via the booking system. The invoice will be sent per e-mail.
Bigini will handle the invoice for additional stand equipment.
Bella Center will handle the invoice for catering.

December 20, 2019: Deadline for sending descriptions of presentations
January 6, 2020: For exhibitors building their own stand: Deadline for sending stand outline to Bigini
January 20, 2020: Deadline for booking (stand, advertisement)
January 20, 2020: Deadline for sending advertisements for printing
February 3, 2020: Deadline for ordering/changing orders for extra equipment from Bigini (orders placed after this date will have a 10% charge added)
February 21, 2020: Deadline for ordering catering from Bella Center
March 3, 2020: Access to Bella Center from 4pm to 9pm for setting up your stand
