The Exhibitor App can be booked through the booking module, when booking your stand or through the link on your confirmation email.
Price: 1,000 DKKR per piece excl. VAT
With the Exhibitor App you can scan the name tags of the visitors at your stand and/or presentations and gain access to your visitors' contact information.
How it works:
- Book the Exhibitor App via the booking module
- Download the Exhibitor App to iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play) or Windows Phone (Windows Phone Store)
- Login with your username and password, which we will send you approx. 2 weeks prior to the Festival
- Scan the barcode on the visitors' name tags and add comments
- The app can be used on an unlimited amount of devices (mobiles phones/iPad/tablets)
- You will receive a link to your visitors' contact information along with username and password
You can divide visitors into groups of your choice. If you need to distinguish between data from several departments/sales people/visitors to the stand versus presentations, or similar, we recommend that you order several exhibitor apps.

Access to data requires visitors' consent
You must obtain the visitor's consent, before scanning their name tag, to get the contact information that the visitor entered when registering for the Danish Learning Festival. Furthermore, you must inform the visitors what you will use their data for (such as marketing). The participants have the right to deny sharing their data with you.
If you scan the visitors in a line, then there must be clear signage stating that the visitors must declare if they do not wish to share their contact information with others. The Danish Learning Festival will make sure that there is clear signage at each presentation slot about this.
Attention: Please note the difference between REGISTRATION, where all exhibitors and visitors must register and print their name tags, and the EXHIBITOR APP, which can be purchased and used to scan your visitors' name tags to gather their contact information.
After the Festival, you will receive an invoice from University College Copenhagen (Københavns Professionshøjskole) on behalf of the Danish Learning Festival for your stand, presentation slots, and any additional options that you have ordered via the booking system. The invoice will be sent per e-mail.
Bigini will handle the invoice for additional stand equipment.
Bella Center will handle the invoice for catering.

December 20, 2019: Deadline for sending descriptions of presentations
January 6, 2020: For exhibitors building their own stand: Deadline for sending stand outline to Bigini
January 20, 2020: Deadline for booking (stand, advertisement)
January 20, 2020: Deadline for sending advertisements for printing
February 3, 2020: Deadline for ordering/changing orders for extra equipment from Bigini (orders placed after this date will have a 10% charge added)
February 21, 2020: Deadline for ordering catering from Bella Center
March 3, 2020: Access to Bella Center from 4pm to 9pm for setting up your stand
